Acquisition Criteria
SEI MetalTek seeks to acquire companies involved in the fabrication, processing, and testing of metal products. The typical SEI acquisition candidate will be a small closely held business with sales of $2mm to $10mm per plant. SEI looks primarily for companies that have a defensible history of sales, earnings and positive cash flow.

SEI MetalTek will also seek consolidation opportunities for it's existing locations. Companies with similar capabilities that are located in close proximity to SEI MetalTek companies are accorded particular attention.

Acquisition candidates may be located anywhere within the continental United States. SEI MetalTek is interested in building a geographically diversified organization and one that serves a variety of customers within various industrial classifications.
