Kevin D. Grace - Chief Executive Officer

As principal shareholder and CEO of SEI MetalTek, Kevin Grace has served the firm for over twenty years. His tenure with the company includes positions in operations management, sales and marketing, division President, and corporate development. He currently manages the corporate office of SEI MetalTek and is responsible for the firm's acquisition campaign.

Kevin is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Finance. He received his MBA from the University of Houston and completed the Owner, President, Manager Program at Harvard Business School. Kevin is a member of the Young Presidents Organization, The Spring Manufacturers Institute and Park Cities Baptist Church.

Kevin and his wife Beth have two children and live in University Park, TX.

Hap Porter - President, Chief Operating Officer

Hap Porter is a principal of the company and serves as the President and COO. Hap is responsible for coordinating the operating strategy of all portfolio companies and working closely with the division Presidents to achieve long term success. Hap has been with the company since 1991 and previously served as the President of the firms largest and most profitable subsidiary.

Hap is a graduate of Harvard College and The Harvard Business School. He is active in The Spring Manufacturers Institute, The Young Presidents Organization and his local public school board.

Hap and his wife Jennifer have two children and reside in Scituate, MA.
