The mission of SEI MetalTek is to invest the organizations resources in companies that either exhibit or have the potential for good revenue growth and above average profitability.

The company will focus it’s investment activity within the metal fabrication, metal processing, metal testing, and metal improvement industries. The nature of the investments may include reinvestment within existing companies, acquisition of new entities, merger and consolidation within a particular industry, or through joint venture with other individual or institutional investors.

The company intends to maintain a “buy, build, and hold” strategy on its investments and will sell a portfolio company only if it’s long term prospects appear to be threatened or a superior price can be obtained.
